Watch Kelly Clarkson's 'Today' Show Concert Performance (VIDEO)

Kelly Clarkson performed “Stronger,” “Love So Soft” and “Walk Away” on Friday’s “Today” show, in celebration of her new album, Meaning of Life. Check out the video below!

As it has been reported, Clarkson dropped two brand-new singles on Thursday from her upcoming album. Earlier this week, the Grammy winner teased the record, her eighth studio album, on Instagram. Alongside a photo of the star appearing to hit a high note, Clarkson wrote, “THIS is the album I’ve always wanted to make… Pre-order ‘Meaning Of Life’ and get TWO songs: my single Love So Soft AND Move You!”

“Meaning of Life” is the artist’s first album as part of Atlantic Records. On signing a new record deal and moving away from RCA Records, Clarkson recently said, “Although I am extremely thankful to the amazing people that I’ve had the chance to work with, I cannot describe the excitement of working with Julie Greenwald, Craig Kallman and their team at Atlantic Records.” She continued, “What’s cool about Atlantic Records is that they love every part of my personality, as far as all the colors of my voice. They are down to really make whatever record I’m into, which is real rare. So, I’m super excited about it.”

Prior to the performance, Clarkson spoke to the “Today” show’s Matt Lauer, explaining the meaning behind the title of her latest album. “I feel right now in life we need connection, we need what that represents. The whole logo is a circle, no one is in the middle,” Clarkson said. She added, “And it takes this whole lovely crew you see to make this happen, and that’s the meaning of life.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Clarkson performed her cover of “It’s Quiet Uptown” from Hamilton on the morning show in 2016. Watch her latest “Today” show performance below!
