Elton John is having quite the resurgence on the pop charts this year, first with his catchy duet with Dua Lipa, "Cold Heart," and now with "Hold Me Closer," his re-imagined "Tiny Dancer" collaboration with Britney Spears. We're honored to welcome Elton John to #MostRequestedLive this weekend to talk about how those collaborations happened, new music and a whole lot more.

"I started off as a session musician who used to play on people's records, and I've kinda ended up by playing on people's records," he says, while discussing working with Lil Nas X, Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus, Gorillaz, Surfaces, Britney Spears, Yung Thug, DUA LIPA, and more, explaining that new music and new artists inspire him. He also talked about touring and revealed that he has two more songs with Ed Sheeran that have yet to be released.
